How do I get a discount buying from the ONE Group website?

Preferred Customers

On your first purchase from the ONE Group website, you will become a 'preferred customer', which will entitle you to discounts on all subsequent purchases from the same web address. For future purchases, log in using your last name and your email address. The discount gets calculated automatically and you will receive 10% off all orders until you reach a cumulative total of 150 Loyalty Points. You will then receive a 20% discount on the next order. After the 20% discount order, your Loyalty Points will return to zero and your discount will continue at 10% until you reach 150PV again. Please note, Loyalty Points are not assigned to the 20% discount order. Prefered customer Loyalty Points are accumulated only to determine discount value, not to accrue monetary rebates.

Members

If you are buying products in excess of AUS$80 from ONE Group every month, consider joining ONE Group as a member. Membership costs only AUS$88 for the first year and AUS$40 a year thereafter. You will have access to wholesale prices. You will also receive point values (PV) which equate to monetary rebates should you commit to spending around AUS$90 per month. You can quit anytime you like.
