Research represented in the The Fungus Link by
Doug Kaufmann, showed that about 90% of the population
has a fungal infection today. When your internal environment
shifts to the point that it becomes favourable for fungi and
parasites they will flourish. They can change your internal
ecosystem with the release of their own chemical mediators.
The changes these make include altering your ph levels, releasing
immune modulating chemicals so your immune system doesn't recognize
them, and eat your food and nutrients before you can! Parasitic
organisms also release chemical mediators to trick you into
craving sweets- which is the food of choice for most parasites.

Fungus and Parasites relation to your core
The core is your entire torso, including internal organs. Many
people think the extremities perform most tasks and that the
core is simply along for the ride. In truth, the extremities
rely on the core for stabilization and force production. Think
of your core as the action centre. The core is very complex
and serves many vital functions in that contribute to your overall
health.
Core functions include:
- Protection of your central nervous system and internal organs
- Support of your internal organs
- Circulatory support
- Foundations for movement
Diet and Lifestyle are a major cause in the disruption of core
function. Consuming foods or drinks that your body doesn't tolerate
for one reason or another will directly affect your abdominal
function. Anything that causes inflammation of an internal organ
that communicate through the nervous system and controls an
abdominal muscle will cause the muscle to weaken or be non responsive
to exercise. Any inflammation or disruption in the gut caused
by fungus and parasite infection will directly weaken or shut
off the core, therefore making exercise a serious injury waiting
to happen. The core is the foundation and support for all movement
in the body. Its quality of support and productivity and first
and foremost directly affected by what you eat.
Starving the Fungus
Sugar fuels the growth pattern for fungi and yeast. When you consider
that each Australian man consumes over 40kg of sugar each year,
it is no wonder fungi are so hard to control once they become
activated in the human body. Not only is it important to starve
yeasts and fungi, but it is also important to minimize the potent
toxins they produce. Vegetable absorb fungal poisons called mycotoxins,
carry them out of the body and inhibit their toxicity. So when
eating to rid the body of fungus and parasites it is essential
to avoid certain foods.
The first step in any parasite evacuation program is to starve
the fungi!
There are few reliable tests to indicate the presence of fungi
so the best thing to do is put your-self on an anti-fungal diet
preventatively. If you notice a reduction in any symptoms or an
improvement in energy levels, sleep quality, mental clarity, or
a reduction in anxiety, you have successfully reduced your fungi
population. Keep going! Various methods can be used to rid the
